I waited a really long time in the drive thru when they weren't even busy. The food was good though.
Got the cops called on us for sitting in the parking lot @White castle. Because we’ were playing around with each other. Lmao. Sorry you’re mad because you messed up our order. & I’m sorry for just messing around with each other. Doesn’t mean we’re on drugs like the rest of the world. Point blank. But the cops were pretty awesome all 5 of them. Wonderful respectful officers. Need more good men like them in this world.

I’m a somewhat frequent visitor of this location, that’s up until now. While we were in the drive thru my little boy (4 years old) had to go to the restroom. Upon entering the restaurant it had a very grungy feel in the dining room. We went on to the restroom and I lost all desire to eat, especially the food prepared in this establishment. It was beyond disgusting. I normally do not leave bad reviews, it’s sometimes easier to not leave a review in these cases. I hope these issues are addressed as this could be a really good location for White Castle! By the way, we pulled up to the window and cancelled our order. I was very polite and explained why.
I love white Castle there food is good and the people who work there are friendly favorite one on Hamilton Ave in Mt Healthy
