First visit to new location near hometown. We had about a 10 to 15 minute wait around 5pm on a Thursday.

We will go back, chalking it up to a new location and new employees.

It's Cracker Barrel... you know it is good. This one has only been open since October 2017. Everything is fresh and new. Been there three times and always great. Approach the parking lot carefully... busy street... you must turn at the light on the north corner to access much of the huge parking lot.

The manager did take care of the bill, but the terrible experience far outweighed the "free meal". I would have gladly paid for the meals in exchange for wasting over 90 minutes waiting for our food.

I recommend observing the Dry Ridge, Ky CB and watch how their customer service is the best in the country. They are so friendly and efficient, that you can't wait to go back.

Second visit to this location. Service much improved tonight since their opening week. I had breakfast and my husband had the ham dinner. The biscuits here are my favorite. Neither of us liked the pork sausage. It tasted more like ham than sausage. The ham dinner was good. Love the atmosphere.

Hostess sat us and we needed a chair for our 6 month old gdaughter. She said she would get one but never came back to us. Finally, our waitress came and saw me still hold her. She got us one.

Today, 1/1/18 was my first visit. It will be my last. We arrived around noon and waited roughly 30 minutes to be seated. Our wait was reasonable for the time of day. It went downhill from there. Our waitress had zero personality and was actually rude at times. We had to make several requests for basics, such as silverware, refills, coffee creamer, etc. After waiting over 45 minutes for our food to arrive, our waitress attempted to explain there was "some issue with our order, but she was pushing it to the front". Another 20 minutes go by before a manager comes by to tell us our food would be right out. Ten minutes later our food arrives, not exactly as ordered and some was clearly reheated. The eggs were dry and had started to darken in color. The gravy was also dry and partially congealed. One member of our party of four ordered french toast with peaches, she was brought pancakes with peaches. When the french toast arrived, it was missing the peaches. Another order, the sunrise sampler, was missing the pancakes. We never did get them.

We watched as two other tables who were seated after us received service. We flagged a waitress down and she was very apologetic about the delay, which was 10-15 minutes. She took our drink order which resulted in another delay as they tried to figure out who was supposed to have our table, I guess.

Anyway, once everything was resolved food came out relatively quickly and was good, though it was roughly an hour after we walked in the door. They didn't offer to COMP anything, which I thought would have been nice considering their error. Seems like you have to complain these days for a business to recognize and own up to their mistakes...

Asked for some honey for the grits but it took 10 minutes to get it, after the grits had gotten cold.

We were then seated and unfortunately no waiter or waitress came to our table.

The restaurant was busy, but others were being served in a timely manner. In fact several tables around us (with similar size parties) were turned over twice during our nearly 2 hour ordeal.
