I have a very large dog that is hard to bathe at home. We have come here many times, the workers have all been great. We walked in with 4 dogs and they were still friendly and helpful. I read the review about the smell and have to say that when you walk into a groomers, it smells like wet dog. While they are not groomers, they allow is to wash our dogs there so it's bound to smell like wet dog.
Disorganized...feces in the birds water...animals of different types crammed together. Next call SPCA

No concept of how animals should live comfortably. Fish tanks too small and overcrowded, dead fish laying on bottoms of tanks. Too small living areas for guinea pigs, ferrets, and mice. I refused to buy anything from there once I saw this. Also aisles are too small, wondering if ada compliant.
