We went in for a later dinner and enjoyed less of a crowd during the time that we were there. Every experience with our meal from drinks, appetizers, main course to dessert was delicious! Our server was wonderful and provided us with just enough attention but not over the top.
The food and our server was great! The wait on the other hand was horrible. I understand it was a Saturday, our party was of 6 and a highchair. We did the call ahead seating, now I get that isnt guaranteed right away seating but it should NOT mean that you have to wait almost two hours to be seated!! Then we were asked to split to get seated faster...We had SEVEN people not twenty three! The call ahead seating is a joke. Shouldn't have it at all.
Luckily we didn't have to wait for a seat at the bar, because the wait for the food was long enough. The steak was ok, but our baked potatoes were hard. Two other couples around us sent their food back, and we should have. This is not a restaurant that I visit often, and won't be going back.
After we were seated we were forgot. Had to ask the bartender to get some service. After that we were comped an appetizer and received good service. The food was great.
Food was great, the service seemed as if we were a second thought. This was not normal, the service is normally excellent. I was disappointed. Oh well, everyone has a off day.
