Tony at the Outlet Store in Erlanger coordinated deliveries, helped with finding "special deals", and provided an experience that seems to be lost in big business today. After getting the run around at Watson's in Florence for over 2 months on waiting for furniture to be shipped even though promised delivered to our house in 2 weeks. We cancelled our order with them and thought we would give this place a try. So glad we did! Not only did we get furtinure that we liked better at a lower cost; it was delivered exactly when they said they would. I cannot remember who or sales guy was, but he was great with us and or kids. Finance department was also great.
Sales lady was very informative and answered any questions and stayed with us during our decision making over a few hours.
Delivery for one piece of furniture was supposed to be 2 weeks. After two weeks and no word from furniture fair we called to inquire about when our furniture would be available. The person we spoke to could not give an answer and said they would call back. We received no call and called back and where informed it would be atleast another 4 weeks because of a fire at the factory.
