This is like restaurants used to be. Amazing service and great food! Always fresh.
Usually good. Wish they would add new items more often. Music needs to be changed. Not everyone likes to hear what they play.
Not good. Food was hot this time, but there were tables that weren't cleaned off, poor host, low and unstocked salad bar, both mine and my wife's burger were cooked well when we asked for medium. My wife didn't say anything, but I sent mine back and they "fixed it" and gave me another well done burger. I just wanted to eat at that point so I said "it's ok." We keep saying we are done with Ruby Tuesday's, yet we keep finding ourselves back... don't know why...
Not the best. Average food, great salad bar. We shouldn't have been seated in such a busy understaffed area.
Went to dinner with my family and it was a pleasant experience. The server was Hettie at Alexandria, Ky. She was very friendly, pleasnt, attentive, and very professional. She came to check on our party of 8 many times. The restaurant was busy and we still had great service, hot food, great taste, and were not rushed. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, delicious as usual. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio and usually go to. RUBY TUESDAY there but this location was just as great. We will continue to eat at Ruby Tuesday's, one of our favorite restaurants. My husband always has the same thing, the New Orleans seafood dinner. He really loves this. Please congratulate "Hettie", our server, on a great job.
